My Path to Private Practice

I had no intention of starting my own private practice after I graduated psychiatry residency in 2020. I thought it would be too difficult and too demanding. I was afraid of failure. My good friend (also a psychiatrist) pointed out all my limiting beliefs. From there, I realized the only thing holding me back was myself. I jumped in and I’m so glad I did.

My practice is thriving and consistently full. I have an ongoing waitlist which never seems to end.

The Art of
Self Alignment

I believe in you. But you have to believe in yourself. If you don’t believe you can do it… you won’t. If you're not sure where to start, that's okay — most people who work with me aren't. What matters is that you're here, asking the question. The uncertainty you feel right now isn't a sign you're not ready. It's a sign you're about to do something that actually matters to you. It’s time to let go of your limiting beliefs.
